No distracting inclusions that I could detect — It looks really nice — But I wont venture an amateurs guess on the clarity. The diamond measures 3mm deep and 5.5mm across. The carat estimate based on these dimensions is. 55 carats, please understand that I cannot remove the diamond to weigh it so that is just a mathematical estimate based on the size. The origin of this ring is uncertain, I see the inscription says 1954, and it has an Art Deco design to it. Front of ring measures 13/16″ tall and 5/8″ at widest point. Once I got a taste of this kind of adventure, I never went back to my old way of living. But I wasn’t sure what was next for me..
