This ring is marked 10k and also has an S inside a partial pyramid shape. Please note the last 2 photos-there are 3 scratches on one side. The stone is gorgeous-don’t know if it is genuine or synthetic ruby or glass. There is a stone on either side of the ruby and both test as diamonds. Ring measures to a size 11 and weighs approx.
