Vintage circa 1969 (both case and movement are marked with date code “M9″) stainless steel Accutron original chapter ring spaceview wristwatch case reference 2528 (stenciled on inside of back cover) – with inner and outer boxes, owner’s guide (serial number filled out by original owner), and extras (including “coin” battery hatch tool) as shown. See pictures for condition. The movement was serviced in August of 2021 by a watchmaker who specializes in Accutrons- it’s keeping time to a second a day. Been phased to run on modern 1.5v batteries (Energizer 387S). The new hands are luminous, but the original chapter ring has lost its luminescence. New case back gasket and battery hatch gasket. 34.7 mm x 39 mm case. The black genuine leather band will fit an 8 wrist. This watch needs nothing – it is ready to wear. The tag pasted to the outer box is marked Accutron Spaceview G 21036 Wht. The boxes are in excellent shape with no obvious flaws.
