Vintage Men’s 10K Rose Gold Ring with a top bezel set oval cabochon cut Garnet. The streamlined rose gold shank highlights the glass lustre and translucency of the garnet gemstone. Mark inside of the shank is illegible. Size: 11.25 This ring could be sized by your jeweler. Measurements: The top oval shape rose gold frame of the ring is approximately 15mm girdle length x 11mm girdle width. The shank measures approximately 2.5mm at the bottom and gradually increases to 13mm under the top. When worn, the ring sits approximately 1/4 above the finger. The oval cabochon red garnet measures approximately 14mm length x 10mm width x 6mm depth, which gives calculated results of 8.85 Carats value of the garnet. Good Vintage Condition: As to be expected with vintage jewelry that was worn, there are scratches and wear in the garnet gemstone and in the rose gold metal commensurate with true age. Zoom in on the seventh picture especially (next to the last picture) to see the abrasions on the garnet. Notice the second, third and last picture show that there is a gap in the bezel setting of approximately 1/8; however, the garnet is still tight and secure in the setting.
